I/ GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS - CONCIERGERIE LE LODGE
PRICES
The rental offers are for periods ranging from 1 day to 28 days, per night, within the limits of the accommodation capacities inherent in the accommodation chosen.
Each rental is offered at a variable rate depending on the period requested. The rates are updated several times a day and automatically generated by specialized software. They can therefore vary on a recurring basis and according to demand and events detected in the sector. Sliding scale rates are granted according to the length of stay (weekly rentals - 7 days or monthly rentals - 28 days).
PAYMENT / LIVE RENTAL AGREEMENT
Payment must be made in full when you book (100% of the total amount) through a secure payment link within 24 hours of said online booking through our website. Your stay will then be automatically pre-booked (blocked) for 24 hours. If payment is not made within 24 hours of booking, the Conciergerie Le Lodge reserves the right to release the dates of your stay and re-open them for rental.
If the payment has been made and is successful, automatic emails will be triggered and you will instantly receive a copy of the rental agreement to return to us to sign before entering the premises via an electronic signature link. No key or access procedure will be given without full payment for the stay.
INVENTORY OF FIXTURES AND SECURITY DEPOSIT (SECURITY)
A non-face-to-face "inventory of fixtures" is carried out after each tenant departure by our cleaning ladies. When entering the premises, the tenant is asked, by means of a written and explicit message, to confirm to us the good conformity of the reserved accommodation. A laminated inventory is available in each apartment. The tenant therefore takes responsibility for checking the content and notifying us of any anomaly, missing or damaged elements within 12 hours of his arrival. If no remark is made within this period, the tenant will be presumed to have received the rented premises in good repair condition and must return them as is, unless proven otherwise (art. 1731 of the civil code). The accommodation is made available to the tenant in a perfect state of maintenance, the tenant will use it as a "good father".
The time of entry into the premises will be defined in advance, by mutual agreement between landlords and tenants.
A deposit will be required, to prevent the accommodation against all damages and possible thefts. A payment link similar to the one received when you made your reservation will be sent to you by email at 12 p.m. the day before you enter the premises. It does not constitute a payment but a pre-deduction (credit card imprint) on your bank account. The ceiling of your bank card will therefore have to be adapted according to the amount of the deposit required for the accommodation selected. La Conciergerie Gaillarde reserves the right not to trigger the access codes if the deposit could not be made via the payment link or directly in cash by hand delivery. Cheques are not accepted.

The deposit will be returned within a maximum period of 15 days following departure if no degradation or damage has been observed in the apartment and if it is returned in a good state of cleanliness (emptied bins, clean and tidy dishes, etc.).
In the event of damage, theft or additional cleaning costs, the owner or his representative undertakes to return to the customer the balance of the amount of the security deposit after deduction of the sums necessary for repairs and/or repairs and/or purchases, within 60 days inclusive following the departure of the tenants. If the security deposit proves to be insufficient, the tenant agrees to pay the difference on receipts provided by the owner or his representative.
If the tenant loses the keys to the rented apartment, the owner or his representative will be obliged to have the door cylinder changed urgently. The invoice will be payable by the tenant or may be deducted from the amount of the pre-deducted deposit the day before your entry into the premises.
INSURANCE
Responsible for all damage caused by him, the tenant is required to be covered by a holiday insurance contract for rental risks (theft, fire, water damage, etc.).
RENTAL RATES
Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include all charges.
No additional costs may be claimed from you for the following reasons:

- Water, gas and electricity (based on normal and non-abusive consumption for a dwelling heated on a basis of 19°C - government recommendation);

- Household and bathroom linen;
-
- Internet subscription.
Only the tourist tax (€0.95/pers/night) and cleaning costs will be added to the rental price.
ENTRIES EXITS
Arrivals (check-ins) are made in the accommodation from 3 p.m. for apartments and 5 p.m. for houses/villas (except at Domaine de la Fage where check-ins are from 4 p.m.).
When making your reservation, we ask you to indicate your approximate time of arrival. This is an autonomous entry system into the accommodation, via a connected and secure key box system. A welcome message containing the procedure for accessing the accommodation and its code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival at the time of entry into the accommodation. In case of difficulty, do not hesitate to contact us. We will provide you with telephone assistance initially and physical assistance in the event of an explicit request and a justified need.
Early entries are possible (free of charge and within reasonable limits) upon explicit request from the tenants to the concierge and will be accepted at the discretion of the manager depending on the intervention schedule of the cleaning service providers and the proper repair of the accommodation.
Departures (check-outs) must all be made no later than 10 a.m. (except at Domaine de la Fage - 11 a.m.) so that our cleaning service providers can intervene without difficulty and without falling behind on their schedule. You will be asked for some departure instructions (doing and putting away the dishes, clearing the dishwasher if the accommodation has one, grouping together household linen - beds and toilets - used, taking out your garbage cans, lowering the heating/turning off the air conditioning and hand over the keys according to the entry instructions received on the day of your arrival). It is important to let us know when you leave the premises and that the keys have been returned to the key box provided for this purpose.
Supplements may be charged in the event of a late departure (15€/additional hour from the maximum authorized exit time until 1 p.m.). Beyond 1 p.m., if the departure has still not been made and the tenant gives no sign of life, the following night will then be fully invoiced and blocked on the rental schedule, increased by management penalties. an amount of 50€.
USE OF PREMISES
When booking and signing their contract online, the tenant agrees to comply with the following rules:

- Use the premises as a temporary residence, and for private purposes during your tourist or professional stay. Under no circumstances may it be used for a commercial, craft or professional activity;

- Ensure that the premises are occupied by the signatory of the contract and their companions, without ever exceeding the maximum number of people that the accommodation concerned can accommodate;

- Maintain the premises as a "good father", so as to make the accommodation compliant and as delivered on the day of your arrival;
-
- Be covered by a holiday insurance contract for rental risks (theft, fire, water damage, etc.);

- Do nothing to disturb the peace of the neighborhood. In the event of a complaint for nuisance, only the responsibility of the tenant will be engaged. As a reminder, parties and parties are strictly prohibited in our accommodation, under penalty of expulsion for non-compliance with the internal regulations;

- Comply with the prescriptions, regulations and ordinances in force, in particular with regard to hygiene, safety, roads, the police, public health and tranquility;
-
- Animals: unless otherwise notified in the designation of the premises, pets are not allowed in our accommodation. Additional cleaning charges may be deducted from the security deposit should this be the case.
EXTENSION OF STAY
Any request for extension of stay must be specified to us in writing. If the accommodation is still available upon receipt of the request, the tenant will be notified and an extension estimate will be sent to him for approval. For tenants already in place, the formalities (signature of the contract and payment of additional nights) must be carried out through an online payment link or a physical appointment with the concierge manager.
CANCELATION
- At the customer's initiative:
Any cancellation must imperatively be notified to us in writing. No refunds are possible for direct bookings via our online booking platform from the moment payment has been made. Renters benefit from reduced commissions on our online booking platform compared to national/international marketing platforms. If the stay must be shortened for any reason, the full amount of the rental remains due. No refund will be made. If the tenant wants to benefit from a more flexible cancellation policy, he will therefore have to go through a marketing platform such as Airbnb or Booking where our accommodations are also marketed.
- At the initiative of the Conciergerie Gaillarde:
In the event of exceptional inaccessibility of the accommodation on the agreed dates, the Conciergerie Gaillarde undertakes to offer you accommodation of the same or higher category, as close as possible to that initially chosen. In the event that this change could not take place due to complete planning, all the sums paid would then be transferred to your bank account.
CAUTION
La Conciergerie Gaillarde does not guarantee:
- the accuracy, quality, completeness of the website, information or third-party offers;
- that the website and the information will be free of errors, viruses, interruptions or victims of unauthorized use or pirates;
The user acknowledges being perfectly informed of the difficulties inherent in the use of the Internet (network disruption, variability of speeds, technical breakdowns of means of communication foreign to the Conciergerie Gaillarde). Thus, the responsibility of the Conciergerie Gaillarde can in no case be sought because of any of these difficulties.
La Conciergerie Gaillarde reserves the right to modify at any time, automatically and without formalities, these general rental conditions (GTC).
